Computer Kingdom is a small, established IT services firm in Pune. We have been operating continuously since 1999. We work on real business problems — custom software, call-centre platforms, managed services — for clients who pay on time and treat us like a partner rather than a cost line. If you are a developer, designer, tester, or operations person looking for meaningful work in a team that respects your time and judgement, we want to hear from you.

What Working Here Is Like

• Real projects, real ownership. You will own your work end-to-end. No babysitting, no micromanagement. If you can build it and ship it, you will.
• Small, flat team. Short meetings. Clear decisions. Direct access to everyone from the founder down. No layers of management between you and the work.
• Long-term clients and long-term colleagues. Several team members have been with us over a decade. Most clients come back with new projects rather than churning. We optimise for lasting relationships — with clients and with people.

Roles We Typically Hire For

We keep open applications in these areas:

• Full-stack web developers — PHP/LAMP, .NET, Node.js, or Python on the backend; modern JavaScript on the front.
• Mobile developers — React Native, Flutter, native iOS (Swift), or native Android (Kotlin).
• WordPress / WooCommerce developers — comfortable with theme and plugin development, custom post types, WooCommerce customisation.
• UI/UX designers — Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, with strong visual craft and comfort translating designs into clean front-end code.
• QA engineers — manual and automated testing across web and mobile; Selenium, Cypress, Appium experience a plus.
• Customer support / BPO executives — email, chat, and voice support; strong English; attention to detail.
• Call-centre agents — for our in-house DialPro dialer operations; training provided.
• DevOps / system administrators — Linux, cloud (AWS/Azure), Asterisk and telephony infrastructure experience a plus.
