How is DialPro licensed?

DialPro uses a one-time deployment and setup fee plus ongoing support and hosting. Unlike SaaS dialers, there is no per-agent monthly cost that scales linearly with your team. This is especially cost-effective for operations with 30+ agents.

Can DialPro run on our own servers?

Yes. On-premises deployment is common. We also offer dedicated-server hosting or multi-tenant cloud hosting if you do not want to manage infrastructure.

How many agents can DialPro handle?

A single properly sized dialer server handles 50-100 agents comfortably. Beyond that we deploy distributed architecture with multiple dialer nodes, shared reporting, and load balancing. Largest deployments run several hundred agents.

Is DialPro compliant with Indian telecom rules (TRAI, DND)?

Yes. DNC/NDNC list scrubbing, time-of-day windows, and calling pattern controls are built in and configurable per campaign. For international campaigns we support TCPA, GDPR, and other regional frameworks.

Can DialPro integrate with our existing CRM?

Yes. Besides integrated VtigerCRM, we integrate with Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk, and custom CRMs. Click-to-call, screen-pop on incoming calls, and automatic call logging are the typical integration points.

What telephony carriers does DialPro work with?

DialPro supports SIP trunking from any standards-compliant provider — we commonly work with Indian and international SIP trunk providers. Legacy BRI/PRI is supported via Sangoma and Digium cards.

Do you provide training for agents and admins?

Yes. Deployment includes training for agents, supervisors, and system administrators. Written documentation and recorded training videos are part of the handover.
