About Computer Kingdom
Computer Kingdom is an IT services company based in Pune, Maharashtra, founded in 1999. For more than 25 years we have been designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining software for businesses across India and internationally. What began as a small team of developers has grown into a full-stack IT services firm covering application development, design, testing, managed services, and call-centre infrastructure.
We work with businesses that need custom software built around their actual operations — not templated solutions forced on every client. That philosophy has kept us busy through every cycle of technology change since 1999: from LAMP to .NET, from desktop software to web apps to mobile, from on-premises deployments to cloud infrastructure.
What We Do
We are structured around three practice areas that cover the full lifecycle of business software:
- Build — custom web and mobile application development, e-commerce, CRM systems, CMS-based sites (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal), corporate branding and design.
- Run — ongoing application maintenance and support, testing and QA, performance optimisation, security hardening.
- Operate — call-centre infrastructure (IP-PBX and dialer platforms), BPO and KPO services from our Pune office.
Our three product platforms — DialPro (call centre dialer), DMS (document management), and eHealth (electronic health records) — come out of real client engagements where we saw a recurring need.

- One team, end to end. Discovery, design, development, QA, deployment, and support under one roof. No hand-offs, no finger-pointing.
- Plain communication. If something is slipping, you hear it from us early. If a request is a bad idea, we will say so and propose a better path.
Where We Are Based
Our office is at 96 M.G. Road, Camp, Pune 411001, Maharashtra. In-person meetings and on-site workshops are straightforward for Pune and Mumbai clients. For clients across India and internationally, we deliver remotely with the communication discipline that distributed work demands.
