Computer Kingdom builds the connections and automated workflows that make the dozen SaaS tools your business depends on actually behave as one system. Salesforce × Tally, WhatsApp Business × your CRM, Razorpay × your accounting, your e-commerce × your inventory — every Indian SME has 10-20 of these connections waiting to happen, and they are usually being patched together with manual copy-paste and Excel exports.

We build with a mix of low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) where they fit, and custom integrations where the platforms can't reach. The right choice depends on volume, complexity, and what your team can maintain after we hand over.

What We Build

Common engagements include:

Automation Project Process

Most automations are small and incremental. We typically deliver a first working flow within 2 weeks of project start.

  1. Process mapping — we sit with the team that does the work today and document the steps, edge cases, and exceptions.
  2. Tool selection — Zapier / Make / n8n for simple connections, custom code for high-volume or complex logic, hybrid is common.
  3. First flow build — a single end-to-end flow goes live in 2 weeks. You start saving hours immediately.
  4. Hardening — error handling, retries, alerting on failures, logging, idempotency — the difference between a demo and a production flow.
  5. Expansion — the second, third, fourth flow build on the same patterns. Most clients have 5-15 flows running within 6 months.
  6. Operations & iteration — we monitor, adjust, and add new flows as your business changes. Automation is a living layer, not a project.

Automation Stack

Right-tool-for-the-job rather than dogma. Most engagements use 2-3 of these together.

Why Choose Computer Kingdom

Frequently Asked Questions

Should we use Zapier / Make / n8n or build custom?

Low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) are the right choice for connections under 1000 events/day with simple logic. Custom code wins when volume is high (n8n self-hosted helps here too), when logic gets complex enough that the visual builder becomes harder to read than code, or when you need tight latency. Most of our engagements end up hybrid.

Can you connect WhatsApp Business to our CRM?

Yes. WhatsApp Business Platform (the official Meta API, accessed via approved BSPs like Gupshup, Twilio, MSG91) integrates with any CRM — Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, custom. Use cases include: lead capture from incoming messages, broadcast campaigns to opt-in lists, appointment reminders, payment-link sending, customer-support routing. Compliance with WhatsApp's commerce policies and India's DPDP Act is built into our designs.

How much do automation projects cost?

Initial flows typically ₹50K-₹3L each depending on complexity. A bundle of 5-10 connected flows usually runs ₹5L-₹15L. Ongoing operations (monitoring, fixes, new flows) is typically ₹25K-₹1L per month. The savings vs manual work usually pay back within 3-6 months.

What happens when an integration breaks?

Every flow we build has retry logic, dead-letter queues for failed events, and alerting (email + WhatsApp to the on-call person) when something goes wrong for more than N minutes. We don't deploy a flow to production without these — otherwise you find out it's broken when a customer complains.

Can you connect to Tally?

Yes — Tally has an XML/HTTP API (the TDL endpoint) that we've used extensively for syncing customers, orders, invoices, and payment status. For older Tally installations without remote API access we sometimes use scheduled file exports and a watched-folder pipeline. Either way, real-time-ish sync is achievable.

Do you handle compliance for automated WhatsApp / SMS / email?

Yes. India has specific rules for transactional vs promotional messaging, opt-in capture, and sender registration. We build consent capture into every flow that sends outbound messages, store consent with timestamps, honour opt-outs immediately, and stay within DLT-template constraints for SMS. For WhatsApp we follow Meta's commerce and broadcast policies.

Can AI be part of these workflows?

Increasingly, yes. Common AI-in-the-loop use cases: classify incoming customer messages by intent and route accordingly; draft responses for human review; extract structured data from PDFs or scanned documents; summarise long email threads. We add AI where it pays off and stay out of the way when it doesn't.
